Effect of coitus interruptus

I (23) were married about 8 months ago and until now there has been blessed with children.

When married, my husband and I are agreed to delay a child.

The way that we take is, every time you have, the husband always throw sperm outside the vagina. That we have done for about four months.

After that, we always have sex as usual (not disposed of sperm outside the vagina), because we plan to have children soon.

But until now results have not yet exist.

1st of February last, my husband and I went to the doctor.

The doctor said my menstrual cycle length. I then received the drug (Endometril and Agnucaston) to normalize so that regular menstruation.

Doctors also recommend that after my period return to be given fertility drugs.

I wanted to ask:

1. What effect if the sperm is discharged outside the vagina during intercourse?

My husband ejaculates too fast, does it matter as well, Doc?

Does age difference could also affect the pregnancy (my age 13 years with her husband adrift).

2. What is the length of menstrual cycle and what causes it?

Do women have a long menstrual cycles can still be pregnant? (My menstrual cycle since getting married is as follows: July 6-August 4 to September 9-October 8 to November 3-December 11-January 18).

3. How to actually know the woman's fertile period?

4. Agnucaston Endometril drug and what it was, anyway? Thank you for your answer.

Ny. Yuanita - Jayapura

The doctor replied:
Yth. Mother Yuanita in Jayapura,

On coitus interruptus (withdrawal) sperm expenditure conducted outside the vagina.

The aim is to prevent the occurrence of pregnancy, about a kind of natural family planning.

When done by mutual consent, this does not cause adverse side effects.

Premature ejaculation may cause problems, especially in terms of sexual satisfaction.

When the husband's mother always experienced premature ejaculation, you should immediately consult a sexologist.

My mother's husband is currently age 36 years and is still included in the group of healthy men in reproduction.

That is still able to make his wife pregnant. Men may also experience periods of infertility, as well as women.

It's just a longer period than women. Normal menstrual cycle is menstruation that occurs at intervals of 28 7 days, the duration between 3-7 days and do not cause complaints or disorders.

Seeing the menstrual cycle mother, apparently still within normal limits.

To determine the approximate time of fertility, my mother had to calculate the average interval period (minimum three months), then the average value was reduced to 14.

Fertile period was estimated to 14 days before your period to come.

Determination of this period should be accompanied by another way to estimate the fertile period, for example, examination of cervical mucus, basal body temperature (the temperature at the time of waking in the morning before doing any activity),

an increase in sex drive, mittelsmerch (there is pain in the lower abdominal area), at the time of ovulation (release of egg cells), or with a more sophisticated way, namely the examination of certain hormone levels in saliva.

The combination of these examinations will increase the accuracy of estimates of fertility.

If the menstrual cycle length (interval of more than 35 days), especially if irregular, it will be difficult to estimate the fertile period.

Endometril is a drug that contains hormones lynestrenol (5 mg tablets or 10 mg) used for treating certain menstrual disorders, such as menstruation bit (oligomenorea, hipomenorea), menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia, metrorragia, DUB), or menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea).

This drug should not be given if there is bleeding from the penis of unknown cause, pregnant women, severe liver disease, and genital herpes (herpes virus type II).

Agnucaston is a drug derived from the fruit of chaste tree, tablet or liquid form, used for the treatment of menstrual disorders due to insufficiency of the corpus luteum, breast pain (Mastalgia) syndrome, PMS, and galactorrhea (discharge from the breasts of women who are not breastfeeding).

This drug should not be given to pregnant or lactating women. Giving these drugs should not be together with the hormones progesterone or gestagen.
