Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner United States filed a letter of resignation from Parliament House on Tuesday midnight local time.
In the letter Anthony found to send photos to a number of half-naked women through social networking, which makes no reference to the case should withdraw it.
Anthony came under pressure from U.S. President Barack Obama and his colleagues in the Democratic Party. Weiner then announced his resignation last week after a tangled case of internet sex scandal, now he has officially submit his resignation by letter.
